The hotel’s heritage building was absolutely stunning, with its incredible retro charm and beautiful design. The rooms were immaculate and in excellent condition. First time staying at this hotel. Welcomed with complementary drinks and afternoon tea. The hotel is styled with a 19th century fitout and furnishings. The hotel is clean and service is very good. There is a complementary light dinner (finger food) and wine for guests each night. The view from the 5th floor is amazing and the buffet breakfast is delicious.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful decoration and historical background. The rooms were clean and beautifully arranged, and the staff were respectful, kind, and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and the staff there were also great. Good location with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean from the rooms with a sea view and the sky view restaurant. In the middle of downtown Alexandria so you have all kinds of shops and restaurants close by! Wonderful experience staying here and would recommend for anyone coming to Alexandria.
